Today I will be reviewing BUFFY BODY BUTTER, by LUSH - FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS.
I just love this brand for their product fragrances <3 <3
Plus they claim to be freshly hand-made, what can be better :)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This is what mine looks like..
QUANTITY: 90 gram
PRICE: 620/-
PACKING: This is the one point I don't like about Lush, they don't provide any box with their products :(
The product is just wrapped in a piece of paper and a sticker with all the details of the product is put on it.
INGREDIENTS:
Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao) , Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii) , Ground Rice (Oryza sativa) , Ground Almonds (Prunus dulcis) , Ground Aduki Beans (Phaseolus) , Fragrance , Lavender Oil (Lavandula hybrida) , Lemon Oil (Citrus limonum) , *Citral ,*Limonene , *Linalool
CLAIMS AND DIRECTIONS: Exfoliating scrub for your seating area. Use buffy on wet skin, in bath or shower, to make you softer and smooth to the touch. Buff yourself all over, paying special attention to your backside if you would like special attention to be paid to it in future; rinse off the exfoliating bits of rice, almonds and beans and pat yourself dry. There is no need for body lotion after a buffy, because the cocoa and shea butters in it moisturize your skin beautifully. There is something about exfoliating your body that makes you feel bright and bouncy as well as smooth all over. Slay that cellulite. ( It was initially named Buffy - The Back Slayer!)
SHELF LIFE: 6-9 months

TEXTURE: It comes as a solid bar.

A bit pricey.. but not overly priced for sure.. its worth the amount :)
It lives up to its claims.. it is a body scrub + body butter. Exfoliates well and there is definitely no need of any moisturizer afterwards. In fact I would say that you will need to rub away excess of the product and it takes time.. so reserve this special body treatment for a day off ;)
The fragrance, as i already mentioned is awesome.. kinda gives you aroma therapy as well :P
For storage, u can buy a container from lush ( yes you have to buy the container separately!) but then again it is highly priced and i don't think its worth. But you surely need to take care of its storage coz it tends to melt in the humid after shower condition. What i do is i don't close the box immediately after use, i prefer to keep it open for sometime while the exhaust fan is on so that the humidity goes off and the bar doesn't melt :)
But the bathroom surely smells awesome afterwards :) :)
WILL I BUY IT AGAIN? Definitely yes, but i will prefer to reserve it for the winter months.. I don't think it will be required in the hot and humid Indian summers :)
